Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered program that looks to the Bible to bring hope and healing to all ages, in Southern Colorado Springs.

If you are struggling with Hurts, Hang-ups, Habits, or anything that is interfering with your best life, CR provides the environment for your heart to “be changed” through the 12 steps and the 8 recovery principles and to grow spiritually. We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. We are also able to admit we cannot do it alone and become willing to accept God’s grace and love.

The counseling services at Pikes Peak Christian Church are here to help guide you, using Biblical principals, through life’s journey. We recognize that with God’s help life change and restoration are possible. Our trained professionals are here to listen, pray with you, and help you take the next step towards healing and restoration. We also taking confidentiality very seriously. All information that is received is handled with the utmost discretion as allowed by law.

Through our partnership with several universities in our area who provide us with our intern counselors, we are able to provide affordable counseling starting at $25 per session.

Anastasia is a Master’s Level Counseling Intern from Colorado Christian University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado Christian University. Her professional experience is in school settings working with at-risk youth. She is an active member of the Colorado Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association, and Chi Sigma Iota Kappa Chi Upsilon Chapter of Colorado Christian University. Anastasia uses Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Anastasia likes working with children and teens as well as adults and families.

Anastasia is a Colorado native. Likes spending time with her family and dogs. Anastasia is a Colorado Avalanche fan and enjoys going to games at the Ball Arena and watching them from home. Anastasia enjoys a variety of different genres of music. She also enjoys crafting in her free time.

Andrea Morris is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She works with individuals who struggle with chronic illness and disability, adjustment to disability for both individuals and family members/caretakers, caregivers for loved ones experiencing burnout, trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment to difficult life circumstances such as divorce or grief. Andrea has over 10 years of experience in working with individuals and families in the community as well as in the church. Andrea utilizes a variety of different counseling methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy among others and believes in customizing each client’s counseling to suit their specific needs.

Andrea is a 7th generation native to Colorado and loves it here. In her spare time, Andrea likes to cook, read, listen to music, rollerblade, propagate plants, camp and hike with her husband and children. She is passionate about helping others and serving her community.

The cost will be $50 per hour.

Terrie Martinez, owner of Martinez Counseling, is a licensed counselor certified in sex addiction through The American Association for Sex Addiction Therapy. She works with individuals who struggle with sex addiction and/or intimacy anorexia and their partners as well as individuals who suffer betrayal trauma. She uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with individuals who suffer trauma from PTSD, emotional, physical or sexual abuse. She is a Certified Tele-Mental Health, and a Certified Frist Responder Counselor.

Terrie has been working with Pikes Peak Christian and Sunnyside Christian Churches for several years providing individual, pre-marital, couples’ and adolescents’ counseling. She has also counselled senior citizens making the transition from an independent lifestyle to living in an assisted care facility. During her tenure with Peak View Behavioral Heath Hospital, she cared for individuals with a variety of mental health issues.
